Our pool is open from 8am until dusk, perfect for a morning dip or an afternoon unwind.
We also run extended hours during NSW school holidays, 8am Last Check-In 9:45pm
Check in is from 2pm for motel/cabin and 12pm (midday) for sites.
Check-out for all bookings is by 10am.
Need to check in early or leave a little later? We can’t guarantee it, but you’re welcome to give us a call at Reception on the morning of your arrival or departure, if we can make it work, we will.
Arriving after hours? No worries, just ring us on 1300 473 002 on the day you’re due in, and we’ll organise a late arrival pack for you.

Please note, you will be required to pay the balance of your reservation at this time, to ensure a smooth check-in process. Last Check-in for Sites 9:45pm and Motel 11:45pm.
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. In most cases, this is equal to the first night of your stay, but it can vary depending on the specific terms of your booking.

Yes, all cabins and motel come with linen supplied, so you’re all set for a comfy stay. Just don’t forget to bring your pool towels, we’re pretty sure you’ll want them.
Cabins and Motel are self-contained, not serviced. Please note, linen is not changed during your stay unless requested, for stays of 5 nights or more. Please contact Reception to arrange.
Smoking is not permitted inside any cabins/motels or buildings, or in communal areas such as the pool or children’s playground. Please note: Smoking inside cabins/motels will incur a $200 deodorising fee. If you do smoke, please be mindful of your fellow guests and considerate of any special requests or sensitivities nearby.
Yes, all tent and caravan sites include parking for one vehicle.
All cabins/Motel also include parking for up to two vehicles. If you’re bringing a second car, just check in with Reception to arrange an extra access code.
Additional vehicles must be parked in the Visitor / Public parking areas at the front of the park.
Accessible parking is also available, just present a valid permit at Reception.
Yes, you’re welcome to have visitors during your stay, they just need to check in at Reception on arrival.
Please note that access to facilities may be limited to registered guests only, especially during peak periods or school holidays. If you’re unsure, just give us a call ahead of time.
Yes. We offer free WiFi throughout the park, just ask reception for the password on check in. Just keep in mind that due to our beautiful location, the signal can be a little intermittent at times.
YES, we allow 1 pet per site. Pets are not to be left onsite alone or locked in caravans or cabins at anytime.
Assistance dogs are of course welcome, just be sure to provide the relevant paperwork and register them with Reception prior to your stay.
Fires must not create excessive smoke or smoke that causes a nuisance to other guests or surrounding areas of the Holiday Park.
Fire pits are only allowed on powered/non-powered sites, not on annual sites.

E-bikes, e-scooters, hoverboards and similar devices are not permitted within the park, as they remain illegal on NSW roads, and NSW road rules apply inside the park.

When measuring your caravan, please include the drawbar (the front section that connects to your tow vehicle), as well as anything attached to the back, like toolboxes or bike racks.

Misuse of the boom gates including tailgating, sharing your boom gate card or allowing other vehicles other than your own to enter the park, will result in eviction from the park. No refund will apply.

In the interest of safety, the speed limit throughout the park is WALKING PACE only, not exceeding 10km per hour.
We have many trees in our parks that drop branches and debris. Staff are continually pruning to reduce the risk. Major contract pruning is carried out as required to further reduce the risk. We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury or damage to personal property from falling branches or debris.
